2010 Cortese Piemonte, Volpi
This Cortese is a fine example of that grape and like most Italian wines it is dry, but fruit driven and therefore will appeal to all tastes. Recommended that it should be drunk cold in order to bring out that lovely crispness of the Cortese grape.
