2008 Riesling Grand Cru, Engel
The vineyard has 50 hectares of vines which since 2001 have been cultivated organically. Yeilds are low as would be expected with organic viticulture and the purest tastes emanate from each variety. This Riesling has notes of peach, pineapple and grapefruit on the nose, reflecting on the palate. the wine is fresh with an elegant acidity.
