Smoky and peppery, aromas of exotic fruits, vanilla ,liquorice and caramel. A heady, heavy, and fleshy wine. From the Alsace an organically cultivated vineyard. Yeilds are as expected low with organic viticulture and the purest tastes enamate from each variety.
